Quiz: How Stressed Are You, Really?

It's not all in your head! While a bit of stress can actually help sharpen our focus, too much of it can negatively affect our bodies and minds. Today, our brains are forced to constantly respond to stressful stimuli - criticism from your boss, work-life imbalances, health issues, the list goes on. Stress might be inevitable, but that doesn't mean you can't learn more effective ways to cope with it. It's all about re-establishing a balance and there are several stress-management tools available to help you, including yoga and meditation, breathing exercises, regular physical exercise and following a balanced diet. To that end, and in honour of Stress Awareness Month (April), we decided to republish a stress questionnaire from Kate Hudson's book, Pretty Happy. Answer the following questions and choose the response that best fits you. Let's find out how stressed you really are!
