  1. Rear Delt Pulls– Stand with feet shoulder distance apart. Wrap tubing once around hands. Raise arms parallel to floor, with the palms down. Pull arms open to each side and release back to the centre. Repeat 12-15 times. Trainer tip: Keep hands in front of the shoulders when opening the arms.
