  1. Dumbbell Curl-Press– Stand with feet shoulder distance apart with dumbbells in hands. Bicep curl dumbbells to shoulders then press overhead, turning palms to face forward. Release the arms back to the shoulders, and uncurl the arms. Repeat 12-15 times with 2.5-5 kg dumbbells. Trainer tip: Keep the body stable so there is no swing on the biceps curl.
