Weekly Workout: Using Dumbells to Target your arms, back and core

The One Arm Row

  • Part/s of the body worked: Back
  • Level: Beginner – Advanced
  • Equipment: Dumbbell and Bench
  • Type of exercise: Resistance

Step 1
Position the knee and hand of one side of your body on the bench and take the dumbbell in the other hand.

Step 2
Keep your shoulders parallel to the floor and exhale as you bring the dumbbell up.

Step 3
When your bicep in parallel to the floor, slowly return the dumbbell to the starting position.

Step 4
Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
