The “Green Juice”
5 Ribs of Celery
1 Cucumber, Halved
2 Large Green Apples of Your Choice
3 Kale leafs
30 ml of Lemon juice
1 Handful of Parsley
3 Romaine leafs
1 Handful of Spinach
- Put all the ingredients into your blender and mix with a little bit of water. The water helps mix everything together, but shouldn’t change the consistency.
- Once everything is well mixed, use the nut bag to drain the juice out of the mixture. The pouch will catch the fibre. Take some time to really squeeze the juice out!
- And voila, your glass is full.
