The good news? There are plenty of ways to enjoy this sweet snack – without the calories. The recipes below are both flavourful and nutritious, allowing you to enjoy this snack without worrying about your waistline.

RASPBERRY CARAMEL

What you’ll need:
350 ml coconut milk
240 g fresh raspberries (frozen overnight)
1 tablespoon agave nectar
150 g fresh pitted dates

What to do: 
In a food processor, combine coconut milk, raspberries, agave nectar and half of the dates.
Blend to soft serve consistency then add the remaining dates and blend until dates are chopped. Serve immediately.
