Fabletics has teamed up with master trainer Katie Dunlop of Love Sweat & Fitness to bring you this 4-week Summer Shape-Up series. The programme was designed by Katie to help you look and feel your best in time for summer!

Week 1

Monday
Cardio Hey cardio bunnies. We’re kicking things off with a little cardio to help condition your body and get you ready for the next four weeks! This type of cardio gets your heart rate up and burns calories. Spend 30 minutes to an hour walking, jogging, swimming, taking a fitness class etc.

Tuesday
Belly Flattener

Healthy Tip: Keep a water bottle with you all week! Drink 2-3L of water each day.

Wednesday
The Workout: Arms & Abs

Thursday
The Workout: Full Body Burn

Friday
The Workout: Back

Saturday
The Workout: HIIT Cardio & Abs

Sunday
Rest Day: You’ve been pushing it for the last week and it’s time for some serious R&R. Make sure you still stretch and maybe even go for a hike or long walk to keep your muscle loose.

Week 2

Monday
The Workout: Steady State Cardio
This type of cardio gets your heart rate up and burns calories. Spend 30min to an hour walking, jogging, swimming, taking a fitness class etc.

Tuesday
Arms & Back Slimming Workout:

Wednesday
The Workout: Abs

Thursday
Legs & Butt Sculpting Workout:

Friday
The Workout: HIIT Cardio

Saturday
Belly Flattener

Focus on your breath! Draw your belly button in towards your spine. This will help to contract your abs as you exhale and create a tighter, more toned core!

Sunday
Rest Day: Today is rest day. Give your body a break.

Monday
Full Body Burn HIIT Workout
Make sure you’re getting plenty of protein in your diet to help build lean muscle and create definition.

Tuesday
Belly Flattener Workout:

Wednesday
The Workout: Arms

Thursday
Butt Lifting Workout:

Full Body Burn HIIT Workout
Eat healthy carbs like oatmeal or granola before a workout and always refuel with a protein-packed snack!

Friday
Arms & Back Slimming Workout:

Saturday
The Workout: Steady State Cardio

Sunday
Active rest day

Make the workouts work for you! If you only have a few minutes, do what you can and finish the rest later.

Posture is SO important. Always check your alignment and make sure you are adjusting as needed to get the best results from your workouts.
