The One Arm Row

- Equipment: Dumbbell and Bench
- Type of exercise: Resistance
Position the knee and hand of one side of your body on the bench and take the dumbbell in the other hand.
Keep your shoulders parallel to the floor and exhale as you bring the dumbbell up.
When your bicep in parallel to the floor, slowly return the dumbbell to the starting position.
Repeat for the recommended number of repetitions.
